The website provides information and allows online booking of bicycle rental services.

Reservations are processed through the external platform FareHarbor.

Confirmation of a booking constitutes express acceptance of these terms and conditions.

A valid official ID is required to complete the rental.

The lessee must be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization.

The lessee declares to have the physical and technical capacity to safely use the rented bicycle.

A rental deposit is required as a security guarantee:

City bikes: €50 in cash or a valid official document.

Electric bikes: €100 in cash or a valid official document.

The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, provided the bicycle is returned in good condition.

In case of damage, loss, or theft, the company may withhold all or part of the deposit.

The client agrees to use the bicycle responsibly and in accordance with traffic regulations.

The lessee is responsible for damages caused by inappropriate, negligent, or unauthorized use.

The client assumes the inherent risks involved in cycling activities.

The rental service does not include accident insurance, personal injury, or civil liability for the user.

The client acknowledges that cycling carries inherent risks and assumes full responsibility for any personal injury or material damage arising during the rental period.

The company declares that the bicycles are delivered in proper working condition. The client agrees to check the bicycle before use and to immediately report any visible defects or malfunctions.

The lessee is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period.

In case of theft, the client must immediately notify the police and provide a copy of the official report. Failure to present such a report may result in full liability for the replacement value of the bicycle.

In case of damage or loss of accessories or components, the client will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement according to the company's internal replacement value.

The company will not be liable for accidents or damages resulting from inappropriate use, negligence, or non-compliance with traffic rules, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intent.

From March 1st to September 30th: 9:30 - 14:00 and 17:00 - 20:30.

From October 1st to February 28th: 9:30 - 14:00 and 17:00 - 19:00.

Hours may change due to organizational reasons or force majeure.

Punctuality is required.

If the client arrives more than 30 minutes late, the reservation may be cancelled without the right to a refund.

Cancellations with at least 7 days' notice: no charges.

Cancellations between 4 and 6 days' notice: 50% charge.

Cancellations with 3 days or less notice: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

In accordance with consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services with a specific date.

Prices shown include applicable taxes.

Payments are processed through the external platform at the time of booking confirmation.

Personal data will be treated in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Part of the processing may be carried out by the external booking platform as a data processor.

Identification documents held as security will not be copied or processed unless legally required.

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any controversy will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

In case of damage, loss, or theft of accessories, components, or bicycles, the following replacement fees may apply:
