Are helmets included?
Helmets can be rented for €1 per day. Just ask our staff when picking up your bike.
Do electric bikes include a charger?
No, electric bike rentals do not include a charger. Please ask our staff for guidance if needed.
How long does the battery last on an electric bike?
The battery usually lasts between 60 and 80 km, depending on usage, terrain, and assistance level.

What happens in case of a flat tire or breakdown?

What happens if the bike is stolen?
The client is responsible for securing the bike properly. If the bike is stolen despite proper precautions, the client is liable.

What is included in the rental price?

What happens if it rains?
Rentals operate in most weather conditions. Contact us if you need to reschedule due to severe weather.
What happens if I return the bike late?
Late returns may incur additional charges based on the extra time used.
Where can I pick up and return the bike?
Bikes must be picked up and returned at our rental location during opening hours unless otherwise agreed. Returning a bike earlier than the reserved period does not qualify for any refund.
